NOTICE TO ALL CANDIDATES APPLYING FOR POST-UTME SCREENING FOR ADMISSION INTO FEDERAL UNIVERSITY OTUOKE FOR THE 2020/2021 ACADEMIC SESSION

There is no gainsaying the delay of admission exercise for the 2020/2021 academic session is due to COVID 19 pandemic.

Following the delay and the subsequent release of results by O’level examination organizations, all candidates who applied to the Federal University Otuoke for the 2020/2021 PUTME screaming are advised to ensure that their O’Level grades are uploaded on JAMB CAPS on or before January 22, 2021. Else your application will not be considered.
With the Federal Government permission for schools to resume on Monday, January 18, 2021, Federal University Otuoke is ready to commence the admission exercise. Hence, candidates are to note the information indicated below:

Due to COVID-19 pandemic safety concerns regarding the conduct of a physical Post UTME (screening) exercise, the University will screen its candidates using their O’Level results. This involves:
All candidates’ results will be given the same grading irrespective of one or two sittings. The exam could be NECO, WAEC, GCE, NABTEB, etc.

Candidates without relevant O’Level requirements will not be considered for admissions

Candidates with wrong JAMB (UTME) subject combination will also not be considered for admission.
Candidates’ Screening Scores would be added to their JAMB Scores to get their Average Scores.

The Application portal closes on Friday, January 22, 2021.
