This is to inform the general public that the sales of Application forms into COLLEGE OF NURSING SCIENCES ST. GERARD’S CATHOLIC HOSPITAL, KAKURI, KADUNA for BASIC NURSING, POST BASIC NURSING AND BASIC MIDWIFERY TRAINING starts from TUESDAY, 1ST NOVEMBER, 2022 – 21ST MARCH, 2023

Forms are obtainable from the School Account’s Office on presentation of a teller evidencing payment of a non-refundable fee of N10,000:00 ONLY for BASIC NURSING AND MIDWIFERY  while  POST-BASIC IS N15,000:00 only,

Entry Requirement:
1. Five (5) Credits in the following subjects: English language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics and Biology in not more than two sittings in WAEC, NECO, GCE.

2. FOR POST-BASIC, the applicant MUST HAVE COMPLETED BASIC MIDWIFERY AND REGISTERED WITH THE NURSING AND MIDWIFERY COUNCIL OF NIGERIA HAVING QUALIFIED LICENSE TO PRACTICE.

NOTE: Completed forms should be submitted to the school examination office on or before 22ND MARCH, 2023.
