IGNATIUS AJURU UNIVERSITY OF EDUCATION (IAUE) PROGRAMME OF EVENTS FOR 42ND CONVOCATION CEREMONY

I am directed to publish the programme of activities for the 42nd Convocation Ceremon, of the University which is scheduled to hold on Friday, 26th April, 2024 for the award of Bachelor’s Degrees and Saturday, 27th April, 2024, for the award of Doctorate Degrees, Masters Degrees and Postgraduate Diplomas. 2. Monday, 22nd April 2024-Wednesday 24th April, 2024

Event: Collection of Academic Gowns by Graduands

Venue Respective Faculty Offices and Postgraduate School

Time: 10.00 Α.Μ.

3. Wednesday, 24th April 2024

Event:Convocation Lecture

Topic: The Economy and Sustainable Higher Education in Nigeria

Speaker:Prof. W. J. Okowa

Venue:University Auditorium

Time: 1.00 P.M.

Event: Cocktail

Venue: Senior Staff Club, Rumuolumeni Campus

Time:4.00 P.M.

4. Friday, 26th April 2024

Event: Award of First Degrees and Prizes

Venue: University Auditorium, Rumuolumeni Campus

Time: 9.00 Α.Μ.

5. Saturday, 27th April 2024

Event: Conferment of Higher Degrees

Time: 9.00 Α.Μ.

Venue: University Auditorium, Rumuolumeni Campus
