Bandits Abduct Niger School Staff and Students

Gun-wielding men suspected to be bandits have abducted some staff and students of the Government Science Secondary School in Kagara, headquarters of Rafi Local Government Area of Niger State.

According to reports, the bandits invaded the school around 3 am on Wednesday, February 17, abducting the students and some of the staff. One student was reportedly killed during the attack

The Niger state police command is yet to issue an official statement on the said incident.
