ASUU: PLATEAU STATE UNIVERSITY (PLASU) SUSPENDS ACADEMIC ACTIVITIES

The Academic Union of Universities Lecturers ( ASUU) PLASU chapter has postpone all lectures, submission and presentation of all examination results, and other academic activities until the backlog of six month’s salaries are paid to it members.

This ,according to a source, was the resolution reached during an emergency meeting, yesterday November 5, 2022.

This is coming barely three weeks after members of the union suspended it’s 9 months strike.

According to the source lecturers of the institution haven’t been paid for the past 6 months.
