Amadeus University, located in Amizi, Abia State, has received official accreditation from the National Universities Commission to operate as a private university. According to a statement released by the university, Dr. Godwin Nwabunka, a development economist and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Grooming Centre, is the founder of Amadeus University. Dr. Nwabunka expressed his belief that the establishment of the university signifies a commitment to capacity building, providing opportunities, and promoting entrepreneurship in order to benefit Nigeria’s young population. He emphasized that the university will offer a unique educational experience while fostering innovation, research, and sustainable outcomes.
