This is to notify the general populace, staff, and all concerned students of the University of Ibadan that the management of the institution has announced the physical resumption date for the current academic session.
The announcement of the UI physical resumption date came in sequence to the meeting held by the senate of the prestigious citadel of learning. It should be recalled that the covid-19 pandemic prompted the university to shift lectures and other cogent academic activities online, and it was previously mentioned that there are proposed plans for physical resumption of students on campus for the second semester.
However, it’s been confirmed that the school will be resuming physically on Saturday, 22nd of May, 2021 with the halls of residence open for students.Although one could affirm that the forthcoming first semester examinations is the major rationale behind this recent update, the possibility of additional payment implications is yet to be ascertained.
