UBTH COLLEGE OF NURSING 2022 POST UTME APPLICATION FORM:CUT OFF MARK, ELIGIBILITY AND REGISTRATION PROCEDURES

ADMISSION INTO COLLEGE OF NURSING, UBTH LEADING TO THE

AWARD OF ND/HND.

Notice is hereby given that admission into College of Nursing 2021/2022 session is ongoing.

Candidates are to enroll for the Post Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination and come

with their (JAMB) score sheet with a minimum score of 120.

ONLY 2022/2023 JAMB RESULT IS ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ADMISSION SESSION.

The O/level requirements include 5 credits in the under-listed subjects in not more than

two sittings.

. Mathematics

. English

. Physics

Chemistry

.Biology

Candidates should be 17 years and above.

The sales of Post UTME forms will commence on Monday 6th of June,

2022.

Candidates are to proceed to the nearest JAMB accredited center to effect their change of institution to School of Nursing, UBTH, Benin City.

Note: This sales of PUTME form is not online.

PUTME form cost N2,000 payable into UBTH Treasury Single Account (TSA) via the Remita Platform in any commercial bank under the service type “Training School” – School of Nursing.

Closing Date for submission of form is 13th July, 2022.

Screening Examination will hold on Saturday 16 July, 2022 at 10:00am prompt.
