*APPROVED UNDERGRADUATE ACADEMIC CALENDAR FOR THE SECOND SEMESTER, 2024/2025 ACADEMIC SESSION*

The consideration of the First Semester Examination Malpractice for the 2024/2025 Academic Session will take place from Wednesday, 2nd April through 11th April, 2025, lasting for eight (8) working days.

The Second Semester begins on Monday, 14th April, 2025.

SIWES will be conducted from Monday, 14th April, 2025, to Saturday, 26th July, 2025, covering a period of seventeen (17) weeks.

The Second Semester Lecture will run from Monday, 14th April, 2025, to Saturday, 9th August, 2025, lasting for fifteen (15) weeks.

The Add and Drop Window will be open from Monday, 5th May through Friday, 16th May, 2025, for a duration of two (2) weeks.

Collation of First Semester Examination Results will be conducted from Monday, 14th April through Friday, 25th April, 2025, for two (2) weeks.

Departmental Board of Examiners Meetings to consider First Semester, 2024/2025 Examination Results will take place from Monday, 28th April through Friday, 2nd May, 2025, lasting one (1) week.

Faculty Board Meetings to consider First Semester, 2024/2025 Examination Results are scheduled from Monday, 5th May through Friday, 9th May, 2025, for a duration of one (1) week.

The Senate Business Committee (SBC) Meeting to consider First Semester, 2024/2025 Examination Results will be held from Monday, 19th May through Friday, 23rd May, 2025, lasting one (1) week.

The Senate (Examinations) Meeting will take place on Thursday, 5th June, 2025, for one (1) day.

Students’ Week is scheduled from Monday, 19th May through Friday, 23rd May, 2025, for one (1) week.

The Mid-Semester/Sallah Break will occur from Monday, 2nd June through Sunday, 15th June, 2025, lasting one (1) week.

Continuation of Lectures will take place from Monday, 16th June through Saturday, 12th July
