Subject: Postponement of Matriculation Ceremony for Fresh Students
Dear Esteemed Deans and Heads of Departments,
I am writing to inform you that the Matriculation Ceremony for fresh students, initially scheduled to take place on December 20, 2024, has been postponed.
The new date for the Matriculation Ceremony is now Friday, January 31, 2025. This decision was made after careful consideration and consultation with relevant stakeholders.
I kindly request that you communicate this change of date to all fresh students and other relevant parties within your faculties and departments.
Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to my office.
