The Management of Osun State University has announced the matriculation ceremony date for fresh students.
As contained in a memo made available to Campusinfo, the University Registrar, Mr Gafar Shittu said that there is the need to officially admit fresh students into the University as a way of tradition.
He however announced that the matriculation ceremony will come up on Wednesday, 19th May, 2021.
He added; “All fresh students are to pay a sum of two thousand, five hundred naira (N2,500.00) each, as matriculation fee, through electronic platform and present the printout to their college secretaries within 24hours after matriculation ceremony failing which the defaulters will be penalized.”
According to him, all matriculated students would have their matriculation oath form filled and submitted and hard/original copy would be submitted at their respective departments.
He also reiterated that the registration and payment of appropriate fees are pre-requisites for matriculation.
