NNAMDI AZIKIWE UNIVERSITY, AWKA [UNIZIK] CENTRE FOR ENTREPRENEURIAL STUDIES DIPLOMA RELEASES ADMISSION FORM FOR THE 2021/2022 ACADEMIC SESSION 

Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the 2021/2022 Academic Session of Diploma Programme of Chike Okoli Centre for Entrepreneurial Studies (COCES),Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka.

QUALIFICATION

The minimum academic qualification is five O’level credits which must include English Language, Mathematics and Economics in not more than two sittings.

METHOD OF APPLICATION 

Sale of form has commenced for the session on payment of the sum of N10,000.00 (Ten Thousand naira) and the following procedure should be adopted by the candidates:

UNIZIK Centre for Entrepreneurial Studies Diploma admission, 2021/2022

1. Go to the website:

2. Click on Applicants http://www.myedu.unizik.edu.ng/

3. Go to Generate Invoice

4. Fill the Form accordingly

5. Then Generate Invoice with the RRR and Print

6. Proceed to any bank of your choice to make payment

7. After payment go back to the site and click on

Applicants again.

8. Click on Fill Application Form

9. Fill the RRR in the box for confirmation

10. Then the Diploma Form will come up

11. Fill the Diploma Form accordingly with your details

and O’Level result

12. Upload your Passport

13. Then Submit the Form

14. The preview Form will come up for you to go

through

15. Then Click on Print to print the Form

16. Submit a hard copy of the Printed Form to Chike

Okoli Centre for Entrepreneurial Studies, Unizik, Awka, for documentation
