Candidates who chose Kingsley Ozumba Mbadiwe University as First Choice Institution in the 2024 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and Direct Entry (DE) are hereby invited to the Screening Exercise for admissions. The following conditions apply:
Application closes on September 13, 2024. ONLY candidates that scored a minimum of 140 in their UTME are ELIGIBLE to apply.
Candidates who did not select K.O. Mbadiwe University (KOMU) as their first choice in the JAMB-UTME but scored a minimum of 140 can apply to KOMU. However, they must change their institution of first choice to KOMU on the JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS) to be considered for admission.

4. Mode of Payment and Registration Procedure:
Eligible candidates are required to pay a processing fee of ₦2,000.00 (Two Thousand Naira) only.
To register, follow these steps:
Visit the University website http://www.komu.edu.ng
Click on “Online Application”
Click on “Apply online” and read the instructions
Click on, “Click here to Apply”
Click on “Start your Admission Process”
Click on “Start Application Process”
Fill out the form completely and correctly
Click on “Submit”
You will be directed to pay the post UTME/Direct Entry application fee of ₦2000 (Two Thousand Naira) Only.
On the Remita Portal an interface will be displayed containing your Name, Phone Number, email, Reference number (RRR) and the amount you want to pay. If the details displayed are correct, click “Submit”.
Remita offers several payment methods/channels, including card payment, bank transfer, USSD, bank invoice, Remita wallet, and phone number payment. Select your preferred method and follow the prompts to complete the payment.
Print the Acknowledgement slip, which is also sent to your email.
Bring your Acknowledgement slip to the University on the post-UTME screening day.
