Community Health Extension Worker (CHEW) Diploma | Holders of WAEC/SSCE/NECO or GCE O Level with at Least Five Credits (5) at not more than two sittings and must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics and Chemistry. |
Pharmacy Health Technician (PHT) | A Candidate should have at least Five Credits (5) which must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics in any of GCE, WASC, SSSC, WAEC, NECO or NABTEB at not more than two (2) sittings. |
Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) Diploma | Minimum of Five Credits (5) passes at Senior Secondary School Certificate level SSCE/GCE/NABTEB /WAEC/ NECO O Levels in the following subject: English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics and Biology at not more than two sittings. NOTE: Result of more than Ten (10) years (stale results) is not acceptable for admission. |
ND/HND Environmental Health Technologist (EHT) | Minimum of Five Credits (5) from WAEC/NECO at not more than two sittings. The subject must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology/Health Sciences, Chemistry and any one of the following: Physics, Geography, Economics, Nutrition and Technical Drawing. |
Environmental Health Technician (EVT) Diploma | Minimum of Four Credits (4) from WAEC, NECO or NABTEB at not more than two sittings. The subject must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology/Health Sciences and any one of the following: Physics, Geography, Chemistry, and Agricultural Science. Holders of Environmental Health Assistant (EHA) with two years post qualification experience and above requirement can be admitted into RE-EVT programme. |
Health Information Management (HIM) Diploma | A minimum of Five Credit (5) passes in relevant subjects from SSCE: WAEC, NECO or its Equivalent (NABTEB and NBAIS) at not more than two (2) sittings. The subjects must include Mathematics, English Language Biology/Health Science, Physics or Chemistry and any other subject. |

Environmental Health Assistant (EHA) Certificate | Every candidate prior to commencing the training as Environmental Health Assistant must produce evidence of possessing the following qualification: Four (4) passes, two at credit level which must include English Language, one science subject (Biology, Chemistry, Health Science or Integrated Science) and any other two subjects in GCE, SSCE, NECO, NABTEB at not more than 2 sittings. |

How to Apply for Katsina State College of Health Sciences and Technology Admission Form
The Katsina State College of Health Sciences and Technology will commence the sales of online application form for 2021/2022 admission, from Monday 8th February 2021 to Wednesday 31st March 2021.
The cost of the application form is N2,500 and 453 as a Remita processing fee.
