This is to bring to the notice of the general public that NCE regular 2024/2025 screening/ registration exercise will commence on the 26th August, 2024 at ICT Room 1, Last floor, administrative block at Gidan waya.
Below are the screening/registration guidelines: –
Section A:
All candidates who have been shortlisted for admissions are to come with the following documents for screening:
i Printed JAMB Registration Slip.
ii. Printed JAMB result slip.
iii. WAEC/NECO/Original Certificates/ Statements of Results from Schools attended. Candidates should note that their results will be verified at the Screening/Registration venue.
iv. First School Leaving Certificate).
v Indigenization Certificate from Local Governments of origin.
Vi Birth Certificate/ Affidavit of Age Declaration.
VII Three (3) recent passport sized photographs.
Section B: Requirement/Charges
Candidates are required to go through the following stages of screening before they are fully admitted.
i. Candidate presents JAMB Registration Form at the Screening venue for proposal and endorsement. (At this point, the candidate should know whether he/she has admission letter or not.) The officer will endorse “Approved” if admission letter is available and will advise candidate to upload his/her SSCE on JAMB portal if the admission letter is not available.
- Uploading of SSCE on JAMB portal is N500
- Verification of SSCE Statement of Result with Scratch Card is N200.
- Payment of N5000 acceptance fee to the Bursary.
ii. Present before the Screening Committee all the documents in section ‘A’ above for Screening (all documents MUST be original copies). Candidate will be issued with the College Registration Slip.
ili. Students whose Courses were changed MUST do Jamb change of course so that their given course will reflect on their Admission Letters. (Screening Centre or any Jamb CBT Centre)
iv. Collection of School fees Payment (invoice) slip from the Bursary at Room 2 Admin Block.
- Payment for Students’ Identity Card, and institution Admission Letter N5500 (Bursary department)
- Payment for Alumni N1000 (Student Affairs)
- Tuition Fees N37,500
- T-Ship N2,000
- Teaching Practice N2,000
v. Candidate reports back to the Bursary for the processing of Original Receipt of payment (Bursary department).
vi. Candidate reports back to the Registration Committee with evidence of payment, Bio Data form to be captured in the students’ Registration template (Screening Venue).
vii. Candidate reports to the Screening/ Registration Committee for the endorsement of Bio Data form (Screening Venue).
viii.Candidates are to report to their respective Departments and General Education for documentation, collection of Course registration forms. (Schools and Departments).
ix. Candidates are to report back to the Registration Committee for the Documentation of their documents through the opening of Personal Students’ Record files. (Screening Venue).
x. At the end of the above procedures, the Candidate is now fully registered and ready for lectures as a registered Student.
