- Five credits in science subjects

- Entry: Five credits in WAEC or NECO

Returning Course Community Health Extension Worker (R-CHEW)
- Entry: JCHEW certificate
- Duration: 2 years
Community Health Extension Worker (CHEW)
- Entry: Five credits in WAEC or NECO
- Duration: 3 years
Diploma Health Education and Promotion (HEP)
- Entry: Five science credits
- Duration: 2 years
Junior Community Health Extension Worker (JCHEW)
- Entry: Three credits, two passes in science
- Duration: 2 years
Abridged Environmental Health Technician (EVT)
- Entry: EVT certificate
- Duration: 1 year
Abridged Diploma Health Info Management (HIT)

Abridged Ordinary Diploma Nutrition and Dietetics (OD-NUD)
