FEDERAL UNIVERSITY OTUOKE [FUOTUOKE] ANNOUNCES COMBINED 2021/2022 AND 2022/2023 11TH MATRICULATION CEREMONY
11TH MATRICULATION CEREMONY (2021/2022 AND 2022/2023)
This memo is released to inform the Entire University Community that the 11th Matriculation Ceremony of the University for the Two sets of students indicated above is been scheduled to hold as follows.
DATE: Friday April 28, 2023.
TIME: 10:00am
VENUE: University Auditorium East Campus.
PROCESSION:
Please note that Procession shall take place during the occasion as follows;
The Students Procession, the Congression Procession, the Senate Procession and the Principal Procession led by the Mace Bearer.
The Procession will begin promptly at 8:30am and be seated by 9:30am. The Ceremony is to begin at 10:00am prompt. All persons who are processing by virtue of their office and rank and those who have been required to process should endeavour to be punctual.
COLLECTION AND RETURN OF ACADEMIC GOWNS.
The following is the procedure for the collection/return of Academic gowns by the students.
* Monday April 24th, 2023 – Collection of Gowns by Faculty Officers in the Senate Office
* Tuesday April 25th, 2023 – Collection of Academic gowns by students from their Faculty office on presentation of school fees payment receipt.
* Tuesday May 2nd, 2023 – End of Return of Academic Gowns by students.
N:B- Students who fails to return his/her gown by 4:00pm on Tuesday 2nd May, 2023 shall be charged the sum of two thousand naira (#2,000.00) only. Also Student who damage his/her gown will pay the sum of Twenty thousand Naira (#20,000.00) only to the Bursery and bring the payment receipt to the Registrar or have his/her Academic result withheld until he/her pays the said amount.
