1. Go to the Federal Polytechnic, Ede admission portal at https://www.federalpolyede.edu.ng/entranceForm/login.php.
2. Provide your form number and password in the required columns.
3. Click ‘Login’ to access your profile.
4. Finally, click on ‘Reprint Complete Form‘ to access the document that contains your Federal Polytechnic, Ede HND screening score.
