This is to inform the general public that the management of Enugu State Ministry of Health School of Basic Midwifery has announced the sales of Basic Midwifery forms which commence on the 6th may 2024.

This form is obtainable at School of Basic Midwifery Awgu, Enugu State at the cost of ₦10,000 only.
