SSCE/NECO/GCE/NABTEB/NBC/NTC ordinary level certificates or its equivalent with credits in five (5) subjects which must include English Language, Mathematics and three (3) subjects relevant to the course obtained at not more than two (2) sittings;
For School of Engineering, Departments of: Marine Engineering, Oil and Gas Engineering, Boat and Ship Building Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering Civil Engineering and Computer Engineering; five (5) O’level credit passes in Mathematics; Physics; Chemistry; English Language and one of the following subjects: Technical Drawing, Biology; Agricultural Science; Economics; Additional Mathematics; Statistics; Basic Electricity/Applied Electricity; Auto-Mechanic and Metal Work at not more than two sittings

For the Department of Estate Management, five O’level (5) Credit passes in Mathematics; English Language and three (3) subjects from the following: Physics; Chemistry; Geography; Statistics; Technical Drawing; Basic Surveying; Economics; Biology; Agricultural Science; Art; Woodwork and Metal Work
For the Department of Urban and Regional Planning, five (5) O’level Credits passes in English Language; Mathematics and three (3) subjects from the following: Geography; Economics; Statistics; Art; and two science subjects from Chemistry; Physics; Technical Drawing; Biology and Agricultural Science.
For School of Maritime Transportation and Business Studies, for the Departments of: Maritime Transportation; Accounting; Business Administration; Marketing and Public Administration; five(5) O’level credits passes including English Language; Mathematics and any other three(3) credits from Geography; Statistics; French; Economics; Commerce; Civic Education; Government; Accounting; Biology and Agricultural Science.

(i) Log on to https://www.dsmt.edu.ng/ and then click on APPLY NOW before APPLICATION FORM.
(ii) Fill the form to pay a non-refundable application fee of ND: N15,000;

(iii) Application form can be purchase only from this school website.
(iv) Kindly fill this form to make payment, after the payment use the email address and password you used to make this payment to access your portal for onward completion of the REGISTRATION FORM.
(v) Things to note while filling option of DEPARTMENT. Kindly visit Admission Requirement to know the actaul Department to choose. In Admission requirement, you will see different courses under different Departments. Select the Department you have your course.
(vi) After payment login to the website with the login details you used to purchase this form to update your profile and fill the REGISTRATION FORM. Proceed to PrintOut to print your Admission Form Receipt.
(vii) Print two (2) copies of the online Admission Form Receipt to conclude the registration. CLOSING DATE: THURSDAY 31ST JULY, 2024
