ASSISTANT HEADMASTER ARRESTED FOR DPO’S IMPERSONATION

An assistant headmaster in an Ogun state school has been arrested after being caught impersonating an Assistant Superintendent of Police, ASP.

The level 14 school teacher identified as Adebisi Ayodele, was paraded on Monday, August 22 following his arrest by the Special Oyo Police Operation Squad codenamed “Operation Restore Peace” on Sunday, August 21, 2022, along Asejire road, Egbeda Local Government, Ibadan the capital city of Oyo State.

He is said to have impersonated the police Superintendent for 13 years before his eventual arrest and during interrogation, he confessed that his passion for the police job led him into the act.

According to the police, two unexpended canisters were recovered from him.
