This is to inform all candidates who applied for admission into Al- Istiqama University, Sumaila for the 2024/2025 Academic Session through the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examinations (UTME)/Direct Entry, Scored a minimum of 140 Points in the UTME, and made the University as their most preferred institution (First Choice), to register online for the screening exercise from Friday 23 August, 2024.
Candidates who have not chosen the University and now wish to change to Al-Istiqama University can do so by visiting the nearest JAMB CBT Centre to change their previous choice using Green Card.
Those awaiting the 2024 NECOResults can still apply, but such results must be uploaded to the JAMB CAPS and the University Portal on or before 1st November, 2024, while those with wrong Subject Combination for their chosen programmes will be considered for placement into the programmes appropriate to their JAMB Subject(s) combination.
All Candidates UTME and Direct Entry Candidates must upload their relevant O’ Level results which must include a minimum of five (5) credits (including English Language, Mathematics and any other three subjects relevant to their proposed course of study) obtained at not more than two sittings, on the JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS).
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
1. Visit http://www.ausumaila.edu.ng
2. Click “Admission.”
3. Select “Online Form.”
4. Click “New Application.”
5. Enter your First Name, Last Name, Other Name, and Phone Number as Username, then click “Create My Account.”
6. Log in with your Phone Number and Password.
7. Choose “Degree” as the Application Type, and pay the non-refundable fee of N20,300.
8. Complete the form, including uploading a passport photo (100-400Kb), then click “Submit.”
9. Check your Dashboard weekly for your admission status.
10.Wait for the official announcement of the dates for the Physical Screening
