a) Screening of new students: Monday 2 Saturday 14″ December, 2024

b) Opening of portal for payment t of fees: Monday 2 Saturday 21 December, 2024

c) Departmental course allocation upload on the portal: Monday 2 Saturday 7 December, 2024

d ) Students course evaluation/examination card printing: Monday 7 Saturday 21 April, 2025

e) Examination marking period: Monday 12″ May-Saturday 6 June, 2025

f) Departmental Board of Examiners meeting: Monday 9-Saturday 21 June, 2025

g) Faculty Board of Examiners meeting: Monday 23 June Saturday 28 June, 2025

h) Senate Standing Committee meeting: Monday 30 June-Saturday 12″ July, 2025

i) Presentation of graduating students results to the Senate: Thursday 31″ July, 2025.
