Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the Adamawa State College of Nursing Sciences and Midwifery Community and Return Basic Nursing Programme for the 2024/2025 Academic Session.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Interested candidates must have five (5) credits in WAEC/NECO/NABTEB to include; English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics at not more than two (2) sittings for return into Basic Nursing Programme.
For Community Nursing Programme, candidate must have a minimum of four (4) credits to include; English Language, Biology and any other two from the above subjects. Community Nursing Programmes are for indegenes only, non-indegenes need not to apply.
NOTE: Where applicant is presenting two O’Level as requirement, it should be;
i. All or both NECO and WAEC
ii. All sitting should be NABTEB
METHOD OF APPLICATION
• The application form can be obtained by clicking conam.admissions.cloud/
• Go to New Application, enter and open account
• Make a payment of Ten Thousand, Seven Hundred and Fifteen Naira (N10,7015.00) only via REMITA with your ATM card or generate RRR and go to any Bank
• Thereafter, return to the website, you can access the form and fill it online
• The following documents are to be uploaded while filling the form;
i. Birth Certificate
ii. Indegene Letter
iii. Primary School Certificate
iv. School Testimonial
v. O’Level Result
vi. Four (4) passport size photographs
• Print three (3) copies of the form and submit to the College together with the your e-receipt on or before Friday, 6th September, 2024, while Entrance exams is Monday, 16th September, 2024.
