The management of Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University has approved a new academic calendar for 2024/2025 Academic Session.
Below is the new calendar signed and released by the Registrar of the University.

First Semester:
Online registration: December 16, 2024 – January 7, 2025
Resumption for returning students: January 6, 2025
Lectures begin: January 8, 2025 (for 300L-500L) and January 13, 2025 (for 100L-200L)
First semester exams: April 7 – May 3, 2025
Inter-semester break: May 4 – 29, 2025
Second Semester:
Resumption: May 30, 2025
Lectures begin: June 2, 2025
Second semester exams: August 29 – September 28, 2025
Vacation: September 29 – December 4, 2025
