Applications are obtainable from Nursing Services Department, Ministry of Health Umuahia, New Secretariat Fourth Floor an payment of non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Naira (N10,000.00) only in two (2) different banks (UBA & ZENITH BANK)

Monday 28th November to Friday 6th January,2023.

CLOSING DATE: All completed forms are to be returned to Nursing service Department on on or before Friday 6th January,2023
