REQUEST FOR SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS BY PROSPECTIVE CORPS MEMBERS( PCM’S) BATCH A STREAM 2, 2021

The Batch ‘A’ Stream 2, 2021 National Youth Service Corps( NYSC) Orientation Camp is proposed to commence from Tuesday, 18th May, 2021 across the country.

In view of this, all prospective Corps members( PCM’S) Batch ‘A’ Stream 2, 2021 are requested to submit the underlisted documents for the collection of NYSC letter of identification to the Students’ Affairs Division, near the Zenith ICT Building, Main Campus, Ojo, Lagos, from Monday, 10th May, 2021

A photocopy of first degree certificate

A photocopy of NYSC Green Card and

One passport photograph

NOTE, THIS IS STRICTLY FOR PROSPECTIVE CORPS MEMBERS (PCM’S) PLACED ON BATCH ‘A’ STREAM 2, 2021 ONLY
