OAUTHC Schools of Nursing & Midwifery Forms 2021/2022 Admission Requirements
Applicants must possess: WAEC, SSCE/GCE or NECO, SSCE/GCE with five (5) credits (at not more than two sittings) in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology. He or she should be at least sixteen (16) years old on admission.
OAUTHC Schools of Nursing & Midwifery Forms 2021/2022 Method of Application
Application forms are obtainable from the Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospitals Complex, Schools of Nursing, Ife Hospital Unit and Wesley Guild Hospital, Ilesa at a cost of Eight Thousand Naira (N8,000.00) only.

Two (2) recent identical passport photographs should be attached to the application form.
Mode of Examination
The examination will be Computer Based Test (CBT)
Date of Entrance Examination
Entrance examination shall be conducted by the Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospitals Complex, Nursing and Midwifery Central Selection Committee between Tuesday 24th August, 2021 and Wednesday 25th August, 2021.
Closing Date
The closing date is Tuesday 17th August, 2021.
2. Post Basic General Nursing
This is an eighteen-month programme commencing in April 2022

Applicants must:
Possess WAEC, SSCE/GCE or NECO, SSCE/GCE with 5 credits (at not more than two sittings) in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
Be a registered Midwife or Psychiatric Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.
have at least one year post registration working experience after the one year Mandatory Community Service (Midwives only).

Applicants must:
possess WAEC, SSCE/GCE or NECO, SSCE/GCE with five (5) credits (at not more than two sittings) in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
be a registered Nurse (RN) with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.

4. Perioperative Nursing
This is a twelve-month programme commencing in November 2021
Admission Requirements
Applicants must:
Possess WAEC, SSCE/GCE or NECO, SSCE/GCE with five (5) credits (at not more than two sittings) in English Language, and at least one Science subject i.e. Physics, Chemistry or Biology for candidates who finished General Nursing before year 2006.
Possess credits in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology for candidates who finished General Nursing from year 2006.
Be a registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.
Have at least one year post qualification experience.
