14TH MATRICULATION CEREMONY
This is to notify the entire University Community, especially all fresh students (UTME&DE) admitted into various degree programmes in the University for the 2024/2025 academic session that, the 14th Matriculation Ceremony of the University has been scheduled to hold on Wednesday, 19th February, 2025 at the University Auditorium by 10.00 am. It is also instructive to note that the matriculation ceremony will close the admission exercise for the 2024/2025 academic session.
In view of this, all fresh students who have not yet validated their studentship by paying school fees and completing the necessary admission registration are hereby directed to do so on or before Monday, 17th February, 2025. Please note that failure to comply with the fees requirement within the stipulated deadline would lead to revocation of the admission offer.
By this circular, all School Officers are also implored to visit the Academic Affairs Division for their own students’ matriculation gowns and that of their respective Deans starting from Wednesday, 12th February, 2025. All fresh students are to collect gowns from their respective schools with evidence of school fees payment.
