A heartwarming viral video captured the moment when students of Lagos State University showered their lecturer, Dr. Nurudeen Orunbon, nicknamed Plato, with gifts to show appreciation for his dedication and hard work.
The video, shared on TikTok by user #De_Aristos Managers’25 on Thursday, shows students standing up one by one to present their gifts to Dr. Plato, who was visibly surprised and smiling throughout the gesture.

I am not surprised, he still carried this in him,he was a level ahead of me during the undergraduate days,and he was always looking after me like a brother ,even while he mentored me into politics til I became the clerk of the house,and still checked up on me when he went for NYSC.
