UNIVERSITY COLLEGE HOSPITAL (UCH), IBADAN RELEASES SCHOOL OF NURSING ADMISSION FORM FOR 2024/2025 ACADEMIC SESSION

Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the School of Nursing Programme of the University College Hospital, Ibadan for the 2024/2025 Academic Session.

PROGRAMME DURATION;

3 Years- To Become A Registered Nurse (RN).

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS 

1. Applicants must be 17 years and above at the time of application

2. Posses tive (5) O’level credits at not more than 2 sittings of the same examination body in English language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology in either WAEC or NECO

HOW TO APPLY

1. Visit portal.uch-ibadan.org.ng and make a Twenty Five Thousand Naira (₦25,000) naira payment through Remita Payment button

2. After Payment sign up with your RRR, Email and Password used for the payment and Login with the same details.

3. From portal.uch-ibadan.org.ng download Applicant User Guide

4. Follow the Instructions stated in the guide to input your data and submit your application

5. Print 2 Copies of your form and Photocard and bring them on the day of examination

6. Make a payment of Two Hundred Naira(N200.00) to Oyo State Nursing & Midwifery Commitee Account, First Bank PLC; 2019704292

NOTE:

Sales of Form closes on Friday, 10th January, 2025

Exam Date: Tuesday 14th January, 2025.
