KADUNA STATE UNIVERSITY (KASU) RELEASES POST UTME/DE ADMISSION FORM FOR 2024/2025 ACADEMIC SESSION

Kaduna State University (KASU) wishes to invite candidates who applied for admission into the University through UTME and DE to register for POST UTME online screening exercise. The registration exercise will commence on Monday, 5th August, 2024 and end on Monday, 26th August, 2024.

Prospective candidates must have scored an aggregate of 170 and above in 2024 UTME and a minimum of five (5) relevant passes at credit level in the Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE) conducted by recognized Examination Bodies in not more than two (2) sittings with a pass at credit level in English and Mathematics. See details of programs below and their respective cut-off marks

REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

STEP 1: SELECTING APPLICATION TYPE

Visit the official application portal https://applicant.safapply.com/kasu of Kaduna State University from your computer or mobile phone and click the appropriate application type (Post UTME or DE) on the left side of the program list.

STEP 2: CREATING ACCOUNT

i. Enter your JAMB registration number to check your eligibility status in the space labeled JAMB Registration Number and click the Check Eligibility button.

ii. If you are eligible click More Information Button.

iii. From the pop-up display, click the Apply Now Button

iv. Click the Create New Account Button if applying for the first time, otherwise click Log in to Your Account.

STEP 3: PAYMENT

Verify and validate the information you provided and proceed to make payment. Eligible candidates are to pay the sum of N2,000 (excluding bank charges) through the payment options provided on the application portal.

STEP 4: UPLOADS

i Provide details of your O-level result in NOT more than two (2) sittings if available.

ii. In addition to the above, DE applicants are expected to provide details of A-level results.

iii. You will be required to upload all copies of the above results and preferably the certificates if available. All other credentials are to be uploaded (Birth certificate, indigenization certificate and UTME registration and result slip).

iv. Also, you will be required to upload your passport photograph and signature.

STEP 5: APPLICATION SUBMISSION

i. Select the agree option to accept that all information provided are valid and that any false information provided renders your application invalid.

ii. Preview your application.

iii. Click the submit button.

NOTE

a) All eligible candidates MUST upload their O’Level results on JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS) before consideration for Admission.

b) Kindly provide a valid and unique email address and phone number (the email address and Phone number provided will be used in subsequent communication with you. Failure to provide a valid phone number and email address is at the applicant’s risk of securing admission into the University).

c) All documents uploaded will be used for student registration/screening exercise after JAMB admission had been offered. The 2024/2025 screening/registration exercise will be mainly done online i.e. non-physical.

d) Successful candidates will be contacted via email to update their application form if any information or document is missing.

e) After provisional offer of admission, successful payment of acceptance and tuition fees, candidates will only need to seek guidance from their respective level coordinators for elective courses (where applicable) to complete course registration.

f) After successful registration, students’ registration kit (ID card, lab coat, etc.) will be available for collection.
