RIVERS STATE UNIVERSITY [RSU] LECTURERS FORCEFULLY CUT A FEMALE STUDENT’S BRAID FOR BEING INAPPROPRIATE

A video trending online captures the moment some lecturers with the Rivers State University (RSU) were forcefully cutting off the braids of a female student of the school.

The incident is believed to have happened in the Law Department of the school on Thursday, August 11, 2022.

The lectures are said to have accosted the student claiming the hairstyle she had on was inappropriate and that it goes against the school’s dress code for students of the faculty.

The lecturers, a man and a woman, joined forces and forcefully cut the braids with a pair of scissors.
