IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR NEWLY ADMITTED PART TIME STUDENTS

RESUMPTION AND REGISTRATION

This serves to inform all the newly admitted Students of the Institute of Part-time Studies, FUOYE that the resumption date for the first semester, 2021/2022 academic session remains Tuesday 9th August, 2022.

Consequently, as you are preparing for your resumption, you are strongly advised to take note of the following:
Firstly, Payment of your Tuition Fee, Portal Maintenance/Administrative Fee and Medical Fitness Fee which will allow you to get Matriculation Number(s).
Secondly, as from Tuesday 9th August, 2022 all students are expected to commence their Registration by printing their Course Forms online and get it signed from the Programme Coordinators, their phone numbers will be made available to you. After the signing of the Course Forms, take photocopies of your original documents to the Designated Officer(s) in your respective Campuses where files will be open for you. Please note that registration will be on in all our four (4) Campuses simultaneously as you are not expected to converge for Registration at either Oye, Ayegbaju or Ikole Campuses. This means that if your Campus is at Ire-Ekiti or Ayedun-Ekiti that is where you will do your Registration.

Therefore, for the purpose of this Registration, the following items are required to be submitted and filed (in your Student’s File with the Institute):
1. Data Form(s) which will be given to you by the Institute and you are expected to fill and return same
1. Course Registration Form
2. Photocopies of your Result(s)
3. Copies of receipts of all fees paid
4. Two (2) recent passport photographs.

Finally, you are all advised to be at your respective Campuses as from Tuesday 9th August, 2022 for your Registration. Please note that this Registration will ONLY last for one(1) week upon resumption after which your lecture will start and failure to adhere to this directive shall attracts penalty(ies).
