2023 ELECTION: FEDERAL UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY, OWERRI [FUTO] POSTPONES HARMATTAN EXAMINATION DATE FOR THE 2021/2022 ACADEMIC SESSION

Federal University of Technology Owerri (FUTO) has shifted the Harmattan Semester examination for the 2021/2022 academic session from March 27 to 3rd April, 2023.

Universities were to be reopened after the election break on March 14, which would have seen FUTO commence examination on March 27, but a postponement in the Gubernatorial and State Assembly election from March 11 to March 18, caused a change in resumption date to March 21st, 2023.

Contained in a memo of schedule of academic activities for the 2021/2022 Harmattan Semester, examination for the semester has been scheduled to begin on Monday, April 3rd, 2023.

Recall that the university management had earlier through an official memo, directed the resumption of academic activities on Tuesday, March 21st, 2023.
